To connect your HP printer to WiFi, you have three options: 

  1. HP Auto Wireless Connect 
  2. Wireless Setup Wizard 
  3. Connect with a WPS Push Button

HP Auto Wireless Connect:

  •  Visit www.123.hp.com/setup and enter your printer model to download software. 
  • Download the driver that corresponds to your operating system and install it using the on-screen instructions. 
  • Start the software and turn on your printer. 
  • Choose Wireless and then select Yes, submit my wireless settings to the printer when asked for Network link form (Ethernet/Wireless)
  • Wait for your printer to establish a link. This could take a few moments. 
  • Press Finish when it's over. Now, the HP printer is ready to print a document. 

Wireless Setup Wizard:

  •  Switch on your printer. 
  • Unplug the printer's USB and Ethernet cables
  • Click the wireless icon or go to the Network menu on your printer's control panel. 
  • Then tap Wireless Setup Wizard after selecting Wireless Settings. 
  • Click OK after finding your network and entering the WEP or WPA key

Connect with a WPS Push Button:

  • Switch on your printer. 
  • On your printer, press the WPS button. 
  • Within two minutes, press the WPS push button on your router. 
  • If your printer doesn't have a physical push button, you can use the control panel to activate the WPS push button mode. 
  • Select WiFi Protected Setup from the Wireless menu. 
  • To finish the setup, follow the on-screen instructions. 
  • Choose WPS Button from the drop-down menu.
